Not only that, but Vegeta was in Super Saiyan, Goku was in base.

By the 40 tons feat though, Goku was much stronger than SSJ Vegeta
True, but do 19's arms have 40 tons of resistance?
That's something we need to think about as well.

I personally don't believe that they do.

Ki =/= Strength

It's why Gohan can crush Cell Jrs, people who can tank planet busting ki attacks, but SSJ3 Goku can't break a planet with a punch

They absorb them, which isn't nearly the same thing.

19 or 20 never "tanked" anything.
